1. Check-in and check-out times:

Our check-out time is until 11am and check-in starts at 4pm. Early check-ins and late check-outs are available upon request, subject to availability and at an additional cost.

2. Airport transportation options:

Once you arrive at the airport, you will have several convenient transportation options. We offer private transfers upon request, priced at €40 for up to 3 people. Alternatively, taxis are available, with fares typically ranging between 10 and 15 euros, depending on traffic. Access to the subway is also nearby.

3. Parking facilities:

Keep in mind that parking in the historic area is reserved for authorized residents. As an alternative, we suggest using the various public parking lots close to the accommodation.

4. Exploring Lisbon:

Discovering Lisbon is very easy from Bairro Alto. Many of the city's main attractions, including Rossio Square, Baixa, Chiado and Alfama, are within walking distance. For further exploration, public transportation options such as buses, trams, and subways are easily accessible.

6. Activities for the whole family:

Lisbon offers countless activities suitable for children of all ages, including visits to the aquarium, zoo, planetarium and interactive science museum.

7. Meal recommendations:

Indulge in Lisbon's diverse cuisine with recommendations from our City Guide section or trusted websites. Experience flavors from Portugal and beyond in traditional kiosks, 'tavernas' and 'tascas' spread across the city.

8. Supermarket Convenience:

Conveniently located nearby, there are several supermarket options, including two convenience stores open until midnight on our street and a larger supermarket, organic market and fresh produce market within a 5-minute walk.

9. Luggage Storage:

We do not have reception or space to store luggage. If you require storage of your luggage after check-out, you have the option of using LUGGit's collection and delivery service. This convenient service allows you to enjoy our city more without the burden of carrying your luggage. 10. Pet Policy:

Pets are welcome accordingly and at an additional cost of €30 per stay.
